HOW NOT TO GAIN WEIGHT WHILE WATCHING TV

It is well known that while watching our favorite programs we gain some weight. World research present that we keep 200 kcal, which won't turn into energy. Such a lifestyle could gain up to 14 pounds. During the TV shows the organism is not capable of taking control over the repletion process. That's why the viewer keep eating evens he doesn't need. That's why if you reject the bad habit eating in front of TV you will reduce the food intake. Although it's difficult to do this there are some methods you can use:
  1. Replace high caloric products with low ones. Instead of eating sandwiches you could eat fruits like fresh pineapples, pears, apples, plums. You could make yourself salads with cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes spiced with olive oil.
  2. You must replace coffee and tea with water and fresh juices.
  3. In order to achieve some effect you must forget about chips, nuts and fizzy drinks, consisting fructose.

5 TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS

1. Starving is the best food
It's impossible to lose weight with a complete starvation. At first you lose many pounds, change your cloth's size but after that you began to restore the both of them very quickly.

3. You the must purify organism from slags

4. Do not eat after 6 p.m.
That rule always work but you have to observe it. For instance, if you are at home at 8 p.m. just miss the dinner or eat at least four hours before to go to bed.

It's not right. You can get fat even if you eat a vegetarian food and don't count the calories you take. Be aware of honey, cereals, fruits, vegetable oil.

INTRODUCTION

Hi, my name is Iliyan and I am 30 years old. I made this blog to share my knowledge about weight loss and my struggle with overweight.
Everything started before a couple of years. In 2004 I began to work in a small office. My life was very sedentary. Since then I gain some pounds over. I have to confess that I like to eat a lot sweet food (the pastry for instance, is one of my favorite). So month after month I became a fat man. One day I said to myself – NO MORE! I was sick of that everyone scoffed at me. STOP! Then, because of the poor shape of my body I started to ask about how to get back my normal weight. The answer – just three simple things:

- diet

- sport

- weight loss pills

Remember - if you want to look gorgeous, then you have to take some action. Don't waste your time, because you certainly not gettig any thinner or any sexier waiting and doing nothing.
So in follow articles I will try to give you information you need to beat the monster, called “Overweight”.
