HOW NOT TO GAIN WEIGHT WHILE WATCHING TV

It is well known that while watching our favorite programs we gain some weight. World research present that we keep 200 kcal, which won't turn into energy. Such a lifestyle could gain up to 14 pounds. During the TV shows the organism is not capable of taking control over the repletion process. That's why the viewer keep eating evens he doesn't need. That's why if you reject the bad habit eating in front of TV you will reduce the food intake. Although it's difficult to do this there are some methods you can use:
  1. Replace high caloric products with low ones. Instead of eating sandwiches you could eat fruits like fresh pineapples, pears, apples, plums. You could make yourself salads with cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes spiced with olive oil.
  2. You must replace coffee and tea with water and fresh juices.
  3. In order to achieve some effect you must forget about chips, nuts and fizzy drinks, consisting fructose.
